While it has always been possible to convert Office documents into PDF using Google Drive, the new export feature makes it even easier for you to batch convert Microsoft Office and OpenOffice file formats into PDF (or HTML) in easy steps.
Google Drive officially supports the following file formats though you may also upload images:
Step #3 –After hitting the download button a new option appear that lets you an option as per your choice in which format you want to download your file like Html,Pdf,Plain text, . Choose here Pdf format and hit the download button . All download files come in zip file .
And if you are converting a large batch of documents into PDF, you don’t have to wait in the browser for the conversion to finish as Google Drive will automatically send you an email once the processing is over. The email will have a link from where you can directly download all the PDF files in one large ZIP.Also Google Drive gives you drag and drop option for managing your files in you particular folder . you can also manage your folder by "Organize" option Under more option button.

Batch Conversion to PDF with Google Docs
Step #1 – Create a new folder in Google Drive and Give a folder name whatever you want i give "My pdf arcive" and select this folder for uploading document so all uploaded document is goes in this folder before starting uploading files check uploading setting under setting icon and check mark on "convert uploaded files in to Google docs format" . It is very necessary to check this option if you can't do this you are not be able to download your document in pdf format.
- Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt, .pps).
- Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), OpenDocument (.odt) and StarOffice (.sxw).
- Microsoft Excel (csv, .xls, .xlsx) files and OpenDocument Spreadsheet (.ods).
Now start uploading files and folders in Google Drive.
Step #2 – Now Click on the folder that you created in step 1 . You have two option you can select either all files or select a particular file for downloading. I select all files for downloading and click the download button . You can find this download button under the more option .
