What Information you can find in your archive send by facebook.
1. Photo and videos you've shared on facebook.
2. Your wall post,message, and your chat conversation with your friend.

1. Your friends photos and status updates.

How to download the "missing Pieces"
1. Your photos uploaded by other people
Facebook lets you download stuff that you have uploaded but if there are pictures of you on Facebook that were uploaded by your friends, they won’t be available in the zip.

to get all the email addresses out of Facebook without breaking any
rules. Connect your Facebook account with your Yahoo! Address Book and
you’ll get the data you are looking for.
