Google's Zerg Rush Easter Egg See The Magic

Date 13/4/2013
Google has a new Easter Egg: search for zerg rush and you'll notice that search results will start to disappear, destroyed by zerglings. Your mission is to save the search results and kill the zerglings using your clicks, but it's not easy.

According to KnowYourMeme, "Zerg Rush is a popular online gaming term used to describe an overwhelming scale of attack carried out by one player against another in real time strategy (RTS) games. The term originates from the popular RTS game Starcraft, in which the Zerg race is notoriously known for its ability to mass-produce offensive units within a short time frame, thus allowing the player to overpower the opponent by sheer number."

Using Inactive Account Manager Decide What Happens to Your Google Account When You Die

Date 12/4/2013
What happens to your online accounts when you die? Some may not care at all, after all, they are dead by then and there is not really anything that can be done about that. Others may want to control what is happening to their accounts. Maybe they want them closed right away, kept open only with a different and permanent status message, or maintained by a family member or loved one.

Google launched the Inactive Account Manager today to give Google account owners the chance to decide what is going to happen with their Google account when the account is not used for a certain period of time.

Installing Software On Your Computer? Know What Happens Behind The Scene

Date 9/4/2013
When you install or upgrade software on your computer, the installer program works hard in the background writing new files to the system, creating new registry entries and in some cases, it will even download new files from the Internet during the installation process.

Now that seems to be a fairly complex and we often don’t care more about this “behind the scenes” activity. We accept the EULA and wait for the installation to get over without really thinking about stuff that has changed on the computer in the last few minutes.

How to Record any sound on your computer

Date 9/4/2013
I always thought that it should be theoretically possible to record any sound that you are hearing on your computer. Sometimes solutions for selected programs exist but I was looking for a free program that could record any sound no matter the source it was coming from. This can be for example quite useful if you want to record conversations in Skype or Teamspeak or record a sound that you heard on a website on the internet. Yes, even streaming radio poses no problem but you should note that the following free tool is not capable of recognizing the beginning and end of songs. It just records for as long as you want.
